BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC

SALES REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT

Agreement between  ____________________________(client/car owner) and BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC (sales representative).

BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC agrees to market and sell client’s  (Name & Year of vehicle)__________                                         at an asking price of   $ _____________. The negotiated price required to complete the sale of the vehicle must be accepted and approved by the seller.

It is understood, for a period of 6 months, from the signing of this agreement, BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC will act as the exclusive and sole sales agent for the client regarding the sale of the vehicle listed in the agreement.

 Professional Fees and Obligations
Professional Service Fees due BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION LLC. for selling a vehicle is  5% of  the final selling price of the vehicle, and is the responsibility of the seller to be paid to BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC, within 3 business days of the completion of the sale. Further, for a period of 6 months after the exclusive arrangement has expired, if the car is sold to a buyer introduced to the seller through the efforts of BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC the full commission is due.

If the client decides not to sell the car, once BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC has begun advertising the car, the client is responsible to reimburse BUYERS AND SELLERS CONNECTION, LLC for any expense incurred in advertising the car up to $300. If a greater advertising expense has been agreed to by both parties, the seller is responsible for the full advertising costs, in the event the vehicle is withdrawn from the marketplace.

This constitutes the entire agreement.
